Pub2me collects only the data needed to assess requests for scientific consulting and respond to interested people.
Data we collect
Name, email, WhatsApp, professional or academic profile, topic, project stage, PICO question when provided, preliminary search, deadline, availability for approvals, visit source and minimal security data.
Purposes
We use data for human screening, contact, proposal preparation, relationship follow-up and abuse prevention. Conversion events do not receive the clinical question or project text.
Health data
Do not send names, medical record numbers, dates of birth or any patient-identifiable information. This site must not be used for protected health information.
Sharing and storage
Records are kept in the infrastructure used to operate this site, with access limited to administration. We do not sell personal data. Technical providers may process data strictly to provide their services. When an engagement is formalized, the name, email, phone number and billing data needed to process payment may be sent to Asaas or Stripe; scientific project content and patient data are not sent to those providers.
Retention
For non-contracted leads, default retention is 180 days after the last interaction. A new interaction or administrative update restarts that period. Contracted records follow applicable legal and contractual periods.

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing contato@pub2me.com. You may also use the mechanism below with your email and submission reference.
